This term, a passionate group of Year 3 and 4 pupils had the chance to experience New Age Kurling, an exciting and inclusive adaptation of the traditional game. Using lightweight stones on a smooth surface, they practiced aiming, sliding, and strategising while playing in teams. The activity not only strengthened their teamwork and communication skills but also helped improve their hand-eye coordination and precision. It was fantastic to see their enthusiasm and determination throughout the game—and their hard work paid off as they reached the quarter-finals!
